2025 Hyundai Palisade
Mileage12,758Service Date9/10/2025Services Performed- Inspected vehicle: Front and rear end for loose or damaged parts. None found when shaking down. We did not see any shifted or broken belts in any of the 4 tires at this time. ALL Tires have uneven wear and chopping. We rotated tires front to rear to verify noise concern customer is hearing and it did move from Rear noise to front end rotational noise. Rear tires (Which are now front tires after rotation) have uneven and chopping on the inside tread. Front tires (Which are now rear tires after rotation) have uneven and chopping inside and the right rear also has chopping on the outer tread. We hooked vehicle up to our alignment machine to verify specs but were not able to due to our machine not going up to 2025 for this model. We did “use the 2022 model year and specs were out of alignment, we did not adjust due to warranty overages customer carries on new vehicle. Our diagnosis after inspection: No loose parts in front or rear end to create this tire wear or uneven chopping of tires. due to the mileage on this vehicle, there is no lack of routine maintenance that would cause this amount of tire wear with only 12,000 miles on the tires. We believe this is due to the alignment being our of specs from factory, or within the last 12,000 Miles it has been driven. Vehicle Needs an alignment and 4 New tires to` fix customer concerns and damaged tires
