Vehicle started up when at shop. Tested battery and both batteries test a little low but not bad at this time. No loose connections at batteries. FOUND loose wire on TIPM (fuse panel that when wiggling lights would flicker. Tightened connections and vehicle starts up and no lights flicker.
Inspected and tested- found that Thermostat is stuck open
